Residential, commercial, mixed-use and interior work from an existing Revit file, plus drawings, markups or a written change list. The specific scope is confirmed in the quotation.

Once the files and scope are reviewed and the deposit is received, the work is scheduled. A proposed start date and delivery date are confirmed in writing with the quotation.

Yes. If you have an existing Revit template, shared parameters or modelling standards, send them and we can use them as the basis for the work. Confirm this at quotation stage so the model is set up to match your office.

Work is quoted as defined packages. A practice can send more than one package over time. Each job has its own scope, fee and programme — it is not unlimited availability or staff on retainer.

We review each job. Price depends on project size, complexity, the quality of the supplied information, the required level of detail and the turnaround. A fixed quotation is issued before any work begins. No payment is required before review.

Yes. Where CAD or PDF drawings are not available, sketches, reference images and written briefs can be used as the source. We review what you have and identify any limits on accuracy or detail before quoting.

Ownership and permitted use are stated in the project terms. Once the agreed payment has been made, you receive the completed files for the agreed project use.
