Information we collect
Account details, project information, uploaded files, shared download links, messages, payment status records and usage activity needed to deliver the service.
How we use information
To create and manage project workspaces, review project files, issue quotations, process payments through Stripe, deliver files, communicate about projects and improve the service.
File storage and access
Project files are stored securely and attached to the relevant project. Clients can only access their own projects. Administrators can access projects required to deliver the service.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the application database.
Retention
Project records and files are retained for as long as needed to deliver the service, maintain records and meet legal obligations.
Account deletion
You may request account deletion by contacting office@rvtform.com. Some project and financial records may be retained where required.
